UK customers and Brexit

Unfortunately as of 1 January 2021 we stopped selling to UK-based clients. You won’t be able to select UK from the countries list at checkout. This is due to Brexit making mandatory registering for a UK VAT number, and submitting separate VAT declarations. Read more on the UK GOV website.

— Where can I use a theme purchased from BrutalistThemes.com?

The themes sold on BrutalistThemes.com are designed for self-hosted WordPress installs (from WordPress.org) or WordPress.com Business plan.

They will not work on Squarespace, Blogger, or WordPress.com’s Free, Personal, and Premium plans (because uploading custom themes is not an option included in those plans).

— What are the accepted payment methods?

Credit cards and PayPal are accepted. All credit card payments are handled through Stripe. No sensitive information is stored by BrutalistThemes.com and all transactions are secured with 256-bit encryption.

— How will my purchase be delivered?

After payment is confirmed, you will receive by email download links for your product(s), at the email address you specified on the checkout form (for registered users it’s the email set in your account). Typically, the email arrives within a few minutes.

— What is the refund policy?

Due to the non-tangible digital nature of the products sold, they cannot be returned. Therefore we cannot issue refunds, even if you terminate your account.

To avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfaction and make an informed purchase, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the product demos and descriptions BEFORE placing the order. For any pre-sale questions email at hello@brutalistthemes.com.

In special circumstances like transaction or payment gateway errors, a solution will be worked out and an exception from this rule can be made.
