— Where can I use a theme purchased from BrutalistThemes.com?

The themes sold on BrutalistThemes.com are designed for self-hosted WordPress installs (from WordPress.org) or WordPress.com Business plan.

They will not work on Squarespace, Blogger, or WordPress.com’s Free, Personal, and Premium plans (because uploading custom themes is not an option included in those plans).

— What are the accepted payment methods?

Credit cards and PayPal are accepted. All credit card payments are handled through Stripe. No sensitive information is stored by BrutalistThemes.com and all transactions are secured with 256-bit encryption.

— How will my purchase be delivered?

After payment is confirmed, you will receive by email download links for your product(s), at the email address you specified on the checkout form (for registered users it’s the email set in your account). Typically, the email arrives within a few minutes.

— What is the refund policy?

Our products consist of digital content delivered electronically.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the theme files, license key, updates, and associated digital content before the end of the statutory withdrawal period.

You acknowledge that, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. However, you agree that this right will be lost once the digital content has been made available to you, provided that you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of this right.

By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this immediate execution of the contract and the loss of your right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

As a result, once the digital content has been delivered or made accessible, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible, except where required by applicable law (including defective products, duplicate payments, billing errors, or fraudulent transactions).
